Permission is granted for anyone interested in buying a product of our website to copy an image for the sole purpose of purchasing that product from our website, unless it is specified that one may download or print certain parts of the work from different areas on our website. This permission that you will find for specific things, is only for personal use not for commercial use, unless written permission is given from the site manager, as well as, the user agrees not to make any modifications and changes or to delete any existing logo’s or links from the materials downloaded from the site.

Mailing

The shipment of your order is sent to you via major shipping companies, who will provide you with a delivery time and date. As stated on their website, in case there is no answer at the delivery address the mailman will try once more, if there is still no answer the customer will be required to contact the company. Sometimes the company will decide to leave the package outside the front door, Art Chazin is not responsible for any damage caused as a result of that.

We take utmost care to pack the package in a most protected way possible, once the package enters the postal company, Art Chazin is no longer responsible for any damage caused to it.

Sales and Discounts

The company is entitled to cancel the sales that appear on this website at any given moment. On purchase of product that sale applies to, the customer must request the applicable gift/discount that we offer. The company is exempt from giving the sale, if the customer does not request it on time of purchase.

Responsibility Limitations

At Art Chazin we insist on giving you only the best and making sure that the artwork done by us should be perfect, finished and flawless. We do not compromise on the quality of the materials we use and definitely not on the level of the artwork itself. You will receive your order at the appropriate finished level, just like a real piece of art, it is important to us that you be satisfied with your product and that you receive value for your money.

Any material and product on this site is provided ‘as is’ without any warranty for any sort of damage whatsoever, Art Chazin is not liable for any damage due to mishandling or misuse of the product.
